Spam Policy
The sending of Unsolicited Commercial E-Mail ("Spam") will not be tolerated!! we have zero spam tolerance policy,If you're caught up with "spamming", or someone informs us that you were sending them unsolicited e-mail using any of our services, we may immediately suspend/terminate your account without warning.
If we verify that you' ve been "spamming" others, your accounts with us will be canceled, with no refund due. Any future or pending affiliate commission payments will be forfeited as well.
We will also report you to the proper Internet authorities. You may even be found liable and convicted in Federal Court, for loses that we or others may have suffered, due to your infringement of the "anti-spamming" laws.
Please, do not SPAM!
If you think you have received Spam from our domain, please E-mail us at abuse@shopaserver.com , and we will look into it, then get back to you ASAP. Remember that sending Spam will not make you any money, it will cost you!
Please note that many companies sell "opt-in" lists. Many people forget that they subscribed to such lists and will report you for spamming if you send to them. Do not upload these lists to our system and send. You must first verify that these people have truly opted in to your list before sending to them through our system You should always get the first name as well as the email address of your prospects. Personalization reduces complaints dramatically.
If we receive spam complaints from these "opt-in" lists we will be forced to cancel your account with no refund.
